Kokki djawa (or other brand) Besengeh is the name of a sauce that is mildly spiced, not hot and to which a lot of coconut is added.
The most famous dish is the ayam besengeh, chicken in a mildly spiced coconut sauce.
Bake the chicken in advance so that it is crispy and then let it cook in the sauce.
You can make this delicious sauce with Kokki Djawa bumbu (spice mix) Besengeh.

A boemboe is a concentrated spice paste from Indonesia, made of finely grinded herbs and spices.
