Hak Spliterwten are best when used in pea soup , and what is better than pea soup in winter!

Preparation:
1. Wash 250 g split peas and get to boil in plenty water.
2. When the peas are boiling, let boil slowly for 1 à 2 hours in a pan with lid until done. Stir regularly.
3. Drain.
