Euroma Laurierblad

Euroma Laurierblad, despite the bitter taste, laurel or bay leaf fits in many dishes. 
The strong aromatic fragrance enhances the other flavours. 
The leaves can be cooked for hours with your dish, to be removed at the end.  

Laurel is used a lot in stews, game meat, sauerkraut, red cabbage, mash, soups and marinades.
