ABC Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce, also known as Kecap Manis Pedas, is an authentic Indonesian sauce that uses palm sugar in the production to create its thick and rich texture.
The caramel-coloured sauce can be used for dipping or as a marinade to add an aromatic, spicy-sweet flavour to dishes.

The syrupy soy sauce is used for, among other things, noodles, fried rice, meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
