Bolletje Echte Beschuit

Bolletje beschuit is a traditional Dutch breakfast rusk. 
Beschuit is eaten as a breakfast food with a variety of toppings, most commonly butter and sprinkles or cheese. 

In the Netherlands it is also a tradition that "beschuit met muisjes" are eaten with the birth of a child. 
The muisjes are then in pink or blue.
