Van Gilse Kokosbloesemstroop, Coconut Blossom Syrup is a delicious, spicy, flavourful syrup, made from natural coconut blossom nectar.
The nectar from the blossom is boiled until coconut blossom sugar remains. By heating, we turn the sugar into the characteristic syrup.

Very tasty on pancakes, waffles, in yogurt, oatmeal or on your muesli. You can also use it for sweet recipes and pastries; for example, try replacing the honey in a dish with coconut blossom syrup.
