Yes, We deliver to most countries around the world.
If you are not able to select your country in the shipping field at checkout, this means that we unfortunately do not offer shipping to that country at this time.
No, there are restrictions for some countries.
Meat, fish, cheese, alcohol and dairy products may be prohibited from shipping to certain countries.
If an item says "only within the E.U": This means only shipping to countries of the European Union, and always at your own risk.
If you live outside the EU and you order these products, we do not guarantee that they will pass customs (and in good condition).
Aerosols (deodorant, whipped cream, etc.) are also prohibited for destinations outside the E.U (this means that where the package is sent by plane, this is not allowed).
We would like to urge you to check for yourself whether a product may be imported into the country of destination.
Unfortunately we do not know all the quarantine restrictions that apply to your country, therefore all orders are shipped with the understanding that we have no control whatsoever any limitation whatsoever and such responsibility rests with You, the buyer.
Some items have a very short best before date, for example:

We always make sure you receive the longest dates possible,
but delivery times and/or delays are out of our hands.
You can always ask us about dates of products before you order it.
No, we hardly have anything in stock.
We want to send you the freshest products available, that is why we order them only when necessary, fresh products arrive 3 x a week.
It is possible that you order products that are not available (anymore)
We will contact you to discuss alternatives or on your request we can cancel the order.
If a product is discontinued the chances are slim that we still have it in stock or we are able to order it.
Ask us before you order.
All products we sell on Hollandshopper.nl are as fresh as possible.
We keep very low stock, most items are ordered weekly.
All products listed on our website have a shelf life from 2 months up to 2 years, depending on the product.
Some items have a very short best before date, for example:

No, we do not sell frozen items.
We do not ship by refrigerated transport, so please make sure that what you want to order is also suitable for the journey to your destination.
You can only order products that actually need to be kept cool if you live within the EU.
We recommend purchasing a cooling package so that the product arrives at its destination in the best possible condition. Without a cooling package, shipping is at your own risk.
If a product says: Only within the E.U., this means only shipping to countries of the European Union.
If you live outside the EU and you order these products, we do not guarantee that they will arrive in good condition, so this is entirely at your own risk.
No, if something is (temporarily) not available we will contact you to offer alternatives.
If a product is discontinued we can also send without that product.
We never send you something else.
If you order a home brand product there are different options.
You will receive one of these brands: Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Plus, Co-op, G'woon or similar.
We send you what is fastest available, if you have a preference for a specific brand mention this in the comment box, not that it might delay sending of your parcel.
With the most products we have the important allergens mentioned : sugar free and gluten .
Also if a product is organic or vegan.
We try to be careful, but ingredients and recipes do change regularly, so it is your own responsibility to check this before consumption.

Yes, we do use a minimum order amount.
Since the costs of boxes and packing material are getting more expensive we handle a minimum order amount of 10 euro.

When you're done shopping, press Proceed to checkout.
If you are a returning customer, please log in now.
You can also checkout without creating an account.
With checkout as a guest, customers can make purchases without having to register for a Hollandshopper account.
To check out as a guest, add items to the shopping cart and click on checkout.
The system will ask you to provide an email address to purchase as a guest.
Again, you'll need to enter your payment details and address to complete the purchase.
Optionally, you can create an account during check-out so that you can view previous orders and download invoices.

Your online transactions through Hollandshopper are maximum secured through a encrypted connection.
We use the payment website Mollie.
We accept only 3-D Secure credit cards from the programs: Verified by Visa, Safe-key and MasterCard Secure-code.
This are cards with an extra pincode for extra security.
No, in no case we will charge you duty and or import fees.
The total price at check-out includes the products, delivery costs and optional BTW charges (for delivery in the EU only).
It is the customers responsibility to contact their local customs-office about import regulations and possible fees prior to ordering.
Log in to your account by using your OLD email address, change your details (also your address, phone number etc can be changed in your account)
Make sure you log in next time with your NEW email address.
Don't create a new account if something changes, but make adjustments to your existing account,
otherwise your old account will be deleted, and you will lose your points on that account.
We normally dispatch orders within 4 to 6 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
The actual delivery time to receive your order will depend on your location.
Delivery delays due to peak times, holidays or other circumstances, unfortunately we have no influence on this.
We cannot guarantee a time of delivery, delays are always possible, no need to contact us to ask when to expect delivery.
In each country, the situation can be different due to local circumstances (weather, strike, etc.)

Sometimes the delivery company in your country does not always leave a card when they try to deliver your parcel.
Please check with your neighbours or your local Post Office to see if it is there,
if not please contact us and we can investigate.
All parcels can be traced so it just let us know if it is delayed or missing.
Unattended addresses will have a message left so you can collect your parcel at your local post office.
Each parcel require a signature, normally a parcel may not be left unattended, however the onus is on them if they decide to leave it at a safe place.
The delivery instructions we leave on your parcel is no 100% guarantee.
Many customers have their delivery sent to their workplace and we highly recommend it, to ensure someone can personally receive it. Alternatively, make a note in the "comments" box during checkout to say that it is OK to leave the parcel and you do not wish to receive it in person. However, if you choose this option we cannot help you if the product becomes damaged due to weather, circumstances out of our control, or disappears!
This is possible under specific circumstances:
Food items, books, magazines and items on special cannot be returned at any time.
All costs related to the return are for your account, like return postage, import duty, VAT etc.
The original paid postage costs will not be refunded, after all we had to pay them also.
All returns must be must be registered in advance with Hollandshopper by email.
Are you sending a n order back without our consent? No money will be returned.
With the Hollandshopper loyalty program we reward you for your loyalty.
You save points with every purchase, and then you can use them for a discount on your next order.
Collecting points goes fully automatic. Every 10 euro spend is worth 10 cents.
If you have collected 200 points you can redeem them for 2 Euro discount on your next order.
Points can be redeemed form a minimum of 100 points.
Sen the link in your account to a friend, and when they order, you both get 250 points.
