Asli satay sauce Petjil is a mixture of ground, roasted peanuts with herbs and spices, which makes it easy to make a satay sauce.

The sauce is delicious with chicken or pork satay, but also with other Indonesian or Dutch dishes, such as with fried rice, fries or minced meat ball.
The taste is sweet. 

For the ideal thickness of the sauce you use approx. 200 ml water on 200 gram mix. 
You can adjust thickness by adding more or less water.
