Hero, more than 100 years of expertise. We have shared our passion for fruit for more than 100 years. In 1914 we made our first strawberry jam.
Back then, you didn't have refrigerators. By adding sugar, the strawberries had a longer shelf life.
In the meantime, we have already processed hundreds of millions of strawberries into jam.

The name 'Hero' is derived from the first two letters of the names of the two partners Henckell and Roth and was launched in 1910.
