The BiFi brand was introduced in 1972, the sausage, which is eaten cold, is packed in an aluminum shell.
The name BiFi is derived from the English adjective "beefy" (fleshy).
To this day, the meat snacks are produced in the original facilities of "Schafft Fleischwerke" in Ansbach, Germany.
