An oliebol is a traditional Dutch food. Oliebollen (literally oil balls) are traditionally eaten on New Year's Eve and at funfairs.
Sometimes it is referenced in English as Dutch donut.

Add yourself: 500 ml water, to taste 250 g raisins and/or sultanas and/or sukade, and sunflower oil to bake in.
