This is the naturel version, no base included. 

Ready in 2 1/2 hours in the fridge.

Use as base: biscuits, slices of cake, bastogne koeken , or syrup-waffle crumbs. 

Instead of Quark you could also use Greek yogurt (or Philadelphia mixed with yogurt).
