Brexit & Corona important information
WE ARE CLOSED FOR SPRING BREAK FROM 24 APRIL TILL 30 APRIL.
ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THE BREAK WILL BE SEND AFTER 4 MAY.
The United Kingdom is no longer in the EU, from 1 January shipping prices will be calculated per weight, see new table.
The shipping costs are higher because the UK is now part of Europe instead of the EU.
The advantage is that from now on orders to the UK will be charged without VAT,
this saves 21% on shipping costs and 9% on food
But this also means that customs papers must be sent with each order,
all packages go through customs, no more free trade.
The transport time will therefore be longer, and not everything may be imported
(note products that say "only in the EU"
and there may be products in the future that are no longer allowed, such as meat, cheese, etc.)
As the recipient of a package, you may have to pay clearance costs and / or import duties,
this is beyond our control and we are therefore not responsible for this.
If you return a package or goods (only after our permission), the parcel needs to go through customs the other way around
and additional costs will occur,
these are for your account and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing times are 4-6 business days at the moment, so it takes longer than usual to collect, pack and ship your order.
Note that maximum weight to send is 20 kilo. We always send with PostNL.
We currently only send to Europe (UK included) Australia, USA and New Zealand.
Delivery delays due to COVID-19 and seasonal rush, unfortunately we have no influence on this.
We cannot guarantee a time of delivery, delays of up to weeks are possible, no need to contact us to ask when to expect delivery.
